Our client was in urgent need of a team of over 20 Quality, Manufacturing and Process Engineers to support the recommissioning, qualifying, and reopening of a manufacturing site for production of Covid-19 test kits. The need for the site to reopen was due to a rapid increase Covid-19 variant cases. This site supplied 100% of the Covid test kits distributed around the globe and our team was deployed quickly and was able to effectively hit the ground running to meet high production demands.
